Further education and skills

Becta takes the national lead in supporting the Further education and skills sector to maximise value and transform learning through the effective and creative use of technology.

You can join many online communities supported by Becta. Each community focuses on a different aspect of ICT in education. Communities are great places to become involved in:

  • sharing knowledge, advice, expertise and experiences with colleagues and peers
  • exchanging different professional views and opinions
  • fostering change in the education ICT community
  • Becta events and follow up discussion.

Details of our communities of interest to the further education and skills sector are below.
