I have been a chair of govs for 11 years - I've seen all these bloomers in that time - probably committed a few sins myself - so made me laugh. I dont think new govs do watch these programmes - dont know experienced ones do either (or enough) - I'm currently planning an induction session using NGA 1st Certificate and want to find additional resources for session cos I've no intention of using the NGA resources as a readng and comprhension test, and helps if what I wnt ot get across comes out of someone else's mouth at times. Got activote pods for the 'answer section'.
